Quensus was never built in isolation. Its foundations were laid in 2015 when our Managing Director, Dr Dan Simmons, experienced first-hand the costly and disruptive reality of hidden water leaks. What began as personal frustration with damage, mould and unnecessary expense quickly became a mission to transform how water risk is managed. The goal was clear: move from reactive alerts to proactive, AI-powered prevention.
Today, that mission is delivering measurable and meaningful impact. Hardware installations are consistently delivering a return on investment within nine months, proving that effective water management is not only environmentally responsible but commercially smart.
This recognition highlights the strength of our approach. Quensus combines intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics and practical on-site solutions to protect properties, reduce waste and prevent damage before it happens.
